Northern Stevedoring Services Employee of the Month, Forklift Operator Jeremy Acford, has a good appreciation that waterfront work rarely fits neatly into a box.
The nomination of the May winner describes Jeremy consistently loading out NSS trucks with no issues or complaints, putting in the overtime or coming in early to help service the demands of the business.
He’s adapted to the FreightTracker system for cross docking and closing off inbound orders as trucks are loaded.
The system was introduced to help facilitate the process by preventing double handling among many other innovations.
Jeremy’s described a great asset to the NSS Logistics team.
