Stevedores are dominating the space where a staff recognition program has started.
The ‘NSS Employee of the Month’ program is currently in its third round.
Stevedore Peter Williams was recognised in September for an ‘excellent work ethic and going above and beyond expectations.’
Driver Matthew Retallick was also recognised in September for his assistance with a truck break-down which was crucial to operations.
Gatehouse Officer Vicky Vick (Main image) and Stevedore Bradley May were recognised in October.
Vicky for her ‘outstanding work ethic and respectful behaviour towards customers’ and Bradley for his ‘dedication to daily tasks and commitment to NSS’.
They all walked away with a $200 Visa gift card.
Nominations are encouraged from all staff and responses can be made by replying to the Employee Excellence Nomination Form which is emailed at the start of each month. The address is scheslett@nsspl.com.au
